Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using electricalsupport.com (the "Site") or requesting services from Electrical Support Company ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
Services Provided
Electrical Support Company is a union signatory commercial and industrial electrical contractor licensed in the State of Washington. We provide commercial and industrial electrical services including, but not limited to, electrical maintenance, lighting and power installation, panel and service upgrades, backup generators and transfer switches, tenant improvements, electrical compliance and safety testing, electrical repairs and troubleshooting, government and municipal projects, ATS and emergency generator installation, commercial UPS installation, shunt trip testing, surge protection, and thermal imaging inspections.
The Site is intended to provide information about our services. Submitting a contact or quote request through the Site does not create a binding agreement to perform work. A signed estimate, contract, or work order is required before any project begins.
Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
Estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in scope, materials, jobsite conditions, code requirements, or unforeseen issues discovered during the course of work. Any change to scope or pricing will be documented in a written change order.
Payment terms are set out in the project estimate or contract. Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Washington law. The Site does not collect payment directly; all billing and payment is handled separately.
Permits, Inspections, and Code Compliance
All work is performed to the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA standards, the Washington Administrative Code, and applicable local jurisdictional requirements. Where a permit is required, we will obtain it on your behalf as part of the agreed scope and coordinate inspections directly with the authority having jurisdiction.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted in accordance with industry standards and the specific terms set out in your project estimate or contract. Warranty terms vary by service type and equipment manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties for installed equipment pass through to you and are governed by the manufacturer's terms.
